28-Feb-2010 John Walker debut's in Goal for Cala 1st team
John Walker, 15 made his debut in goal for the men's 1st team as reported by Nigel Duncan.

SCHOOLBOY goalkeeper John Walker had a baptism of fire on his debut as CALA Edinburgh slipped out of the Scottish Cup.
But the 15-year-old schoolboy loved the experience of playing against Kelburne, Scotland's top team.
The talented stopper, who attends Lasswade High, said: "I was nervous and it was so much quicker than I'm used to in the seconds, but I'd love another chance."
The ambitious Edinburgh combine, who had six players still at school in their squad yesterday, were only 3-2 down early in the second-half thanks to counters from Scott Sutherland and Thomas Hay.
But experience counted on the waterlogged Meggetland pitch and Mark Ralph netted five goals as Kelburne, who were missing six regulars, slipped comfortably into the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup with a 10-2 win.
The Scottish international defender, who has helped guide the Paisley-based combine to the top of Division One, then praised their opponents who top Division Two.
Ralph, 30, who has also played on the continent, said: "Edinburgh tried to take the game to us and they played OK and were well organised.
"It was good to see the way they have improved as the last time we played them we put more than 20 past them."
Neil Allen, Edinburgh's coach, said: "We made mistakes but we tried to take the game to them and the boys will have learned from that."
