We're getting a new pitch!Aug 07 2015
We're now glad to be able to confirm that a new water-based pitch is to be laid at EHC's home venue - Meggetland. It has proved to be a long process to secure funding from all the various parties, but Edinburgh Leisure, the city council and Sport Scotland have confirmed that this is now all in place. The procurement process will now begin and we expect work to take 10-12 weeks once a contractor is appointed.
So what does this mean for the season?
It means that we should have a brand new top-class astro pitch around Christmas time. It also means that there will be some changes of venue for both training and matches for the first half of the season - our match secretary, Emma, is currently doing a sterling (not to mention mind-bending) job of arranging all this. Mary Erskine's will most likely be hosting us from 20th September onward, while work progresses; if you're unsure of anything, please get in touch with your captain or coach for confirmation of venues and times.
The club day will still be at Meggetland - this may be your last chance to play on the old pitch, so come along and give it a good send off :)
Club Senior Open Day 2015Aug 05 2015
The new season approaches, so it's time for a get-together to meet new faces, swap holiday horror stories and blow out the cobwebs on the pitch.
Our club day this year will be on September 5th, from 1:30pm - 5pm at Meggetland. It'll be a mixed event and all are welcome, existing and prospective members alike. If you'd like a quick game or two, bring your stuff, or make use of the clubhouse facilities and watch the fun.
Hope to see you all there!
(Please note, this event is for those aged 14 and over)

Colts Promoted.Apr 29 2015
Congratulations to the Men's Colts, who won their final game against Alloa to secure second place in the league and achieve promotion to East 1 - a suitably fitting end to a very successful season.
Best of luck next year, guys!
